1. The Request must be submitted using Volkswagen Group Academy Mexico’s form (Download “the Request”). The Request must be duly completed and accompanied by the documentation indicated therein.
2. If the Request received is incomplete or incorrect for processing, or the documents referenced in the Request are not included, Volkswagen Group Academy Mexico will have a period of five calendar days following receipt of the Request to require you one single time to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have a period of ten days to comply, counted from the day after receiving the request. Failure to respond in that period will result in the Request being considered not filed.
3. If the Request is correctly completed and accompanied by the required documentation, Volkswagen Group Academy Mexico, within a maximum period of twenty days from the date on which the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition request was received, will notify the holder of the decision made regarding the Request.
4. If the Request is upheld, Volkswagen Group Academy Mexico will carry out the determination within a maximum period of fifteen days from the notification of the decision.
5. The above deadlines may be extended by an equal period when justified by the circumstances of the case.
