You can register directly on our website at http://www.vwi.com.mx. In the Registration and Course Program section, you’ll find the full course calendar. Click on the course you’re interested in to view its details, and then select the REGISTER button located at the bottom left.

Once you click the button, you’ll be prompted to enter your company’s RFC. After that, you’ll be guided to complete the required fields to finalize your course registration.

To join an online course, you’ll need the following:

• A computer with internet access
• Unrestricted access to digital tools such as Educaplay, Padlet, JoinMyQuiz, and the ability to scan QR codes
• Access to Google Forms, as course evaluations are completed through this platform (available on both laptops and mobile devices)
• A microphone and speakers (built-in, USB, or wireless), as well as a webcam or HD webcam (built-in or USB)
• The TELMEX Videoconferencing app installed, which can also be launched directly from the course invitation

Payments can be made via bank deposit or interbank transfer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.

Course fees must be paid in full at least one week before the event date. To ensure we can correctly identify and apply your payment, please email your proof of payment to inscripciones@vwi.mx along with the following information:

• Name of the participant(s)
• Course ID
• Scheduled course date
  

The NAP* (Assigned Payment Number) is generated once your customer account has been successfully registered in our system. To confirm your NAP*, please contact our Support Center by email at inscripciones@vwi.com.mx or by phone at 800 012 8426.

All payments must be made to VOLKSWAGEN GROUP ACADEMY MEXICO S.C. through Banco Santander.

When making your payment, it is essential to include your NAP* reference number. Payments without this reference will be rejected. For additional details, please review the instructions included in your customer-registration confirmation email.

To purchase any of the VDA manuals, please follow these steps:

Complete the “Book Request Form” according to the instructions provided on the form.

• Prices are listed in Mexican pesos. Book purchases do not include VAT; only shipping costs will be added.

The valid version is 2019 onward, until a new update is released. If you do not meet this requirement, you have the following options:

Option 1:

At least 2 days of training in Automotive Core Tools (2019 version or later) + a passing score on the Online Quiz.If you feel you need to strengthen your Core Tools knowledge, we recommend taking QM05 Automotive Core Tools AIAG/VDA (Seminar for Process and System Auditors), a 32-hour course where you will learn both the German and the American Core Tools.After completing the training, you must take the Online Quiz and achieve a passing score to meet the VDA QMC requirement regarding Core Tools experience.You may request the quiz link by emailing inscripciones@vwi.com.mx.

Option 2:

A “Successful Participation” certificate for ID417 Automotive Core Tools for Process and System Auditors.This 16-hour training is recommended for participants who already have prior knowledge of the German Automotive Core Tools and want to focus on applying these tools during audits.

It is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

For any questions regarding VDA 6.3, please refer to the VDA 6.3 FAQ section provided by VDA QMC.

The renewed certificate is valid for five years from the date it’s issued. For the next renewal cycle, you’ll need to demonstrate 10 process audits totaling at least 20 audit days. As of now, VDA QMC has not released any additional requirements.

Participants who attend a training or qualification event receive a Qualification Certificate if they pass the knowledge test. If they do not achieve a passing score—or if the event does not include a knowledge test—they will receive a Certificate of Attendance instead.

For certification events, candidates who successfully pass the examination receive an official Certificate with a registration number. If the examination is not passed, no certificate is issued.

All certificates are delivered electronically.

VDA QMC allows a three-month grace period after the certificate’s expiration date to submit your renewal request.

Formel Q is a quality-management system developed by the Volkswagen Group. It outlines the requirements and standards that suppliers must meet to ensure the quality and consistency of the products and services they deliver.

Formel Q covers key areas such as:

• Quality Requirements: Technical specifications and procedures that must be followed to ensure products meet Volkswagen’s standards.

• Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Criteria used to assess and select suppliers based on their ability to meet quality expectations.

• Quality Management: Processes and guidelines to ensure quality throughout production and the supply of goods and services.

In short, Formel Q ensures that Volkswagen suppliers maintain high levels of quality, reliability, and compliance across the entire supply chain—meeting the contractual demands for quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.

If you are a Volkswagen Group supplier, you can obtain your username and password for the KBP platform through your purchasing department or the key user designated within your organization for this process.

This course is delivered as a 100% self-paced e-learning module available on our Supplier Academy platform. You’ll receive a username and password to access it.

The course takes approximately two and a half hours to complete and remains available for 30 days from the moment it is activated. Extensions are not offered; if additional access is needed, an extra fee will apply.

PSCR stands for Product Safety and Conformity Representative. This term is used across German automakers, including BMW, Daimler, and others.

Currently, suppliers are required to have a designated PSCR function. Although Volkswagen has adopted this update, its official documents still use the older term PSB, which was introduced in 2016.

For VW suppliers, it’s important to understand that PSB and PSCR refer to the same role, and the corresponding update should be completed if it hasn’t been done yet.

This course helps you understand how to register your company information in the Konzern Business Plattform (ONE.KBP) as part of the global purchasing process. It strengthens your ability to communicate and interact effectively within the platform, improves transparency, and enhances your overall competitiveness.

To take full advantage of the course, you should already be familiar with new-project development and series production processes.

This course helps you understand the Volkswagen Group’s Sustainability and Guiding Principles for Purchasing, as well as how to apply them in order to obtain the S-Rating, which is required in the business process with Volkswagen de México’s Purchasing department.

• VGAM-Validated Courses: Participants receive a diploma issued by VGAM.

For VDA training courses:

• Participants who pass the knowledge test receive a Qualification Certificate.
• Participants who do not pass the test—or who attend a course that does not require a test—receive a Certificate of Attendance.
• Candidates who pass the one-day examination receive a Certificate with an official registration number.
• If the exam is not passed, no certificate is issued.
